Aliens in a Spaceship

This episode takes place in season 2, and is one of my favorites. It's the first time we're introduced to the Grave Digger (and I've always wanted that storyline to be finished out!) In this episode, Brennan and Hodgins are buried alive in a car, and Booth is frantically trying to find them before they run out of air. Everytime I get to the end of the episode, I cry as Booth is running across the construction site to where he saw the small puff of air. It's such a great scene. Plus, this is the first time that Angela and Hodgins finally acknowledge where their relationship is going, and Hodgins admits that he loves her.
